For faster and more efficient processing, all account holders are required to submit withdrawal requests directly through their Secure Client Area.

The withdrawal request cut-off time is 12:00 (server time). Requests submitted before this time will be processed on the same business day. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
FlipTrade Group does not charge additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, clients may incur fees charged by intermediary or banking institutions. FlipTrade Group is not responsible for such charges.
Funds in your trading account are intended for trading purposes. A processing fee may be applied to withdrawals if deposited funds have not been actively used for trading.
International bank wire transfers may take up to 14 business days and can incur intermediary and/or beneficiary bank fees.
Credit/Debit Card withdrawals are processed free of charge. Once processed, funds may take 3–5 business days to reflect, and in rare cases up to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
Note: Card withdrawals may not be available in all countries.
If you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding your original card deposit, you must use an alternative withdrawal method previously used for deposits or opt for a bank wire transfer.
Withdrawals must be made to the same e-wallet account used for the original deposit. No internal withdrawal fees are charged, but any fees from the e-wallet provider are the client’s responsibility. Processing times depend on the provider.
FlipTrade Group reserves the right to process withdrawals via previously used funding methods, in a sequence determined at its discretion.
If your registered card has expired, been lost, stolen, or replaced, you must upload the updated card details in your Client Area. Supporting documentation from your bank may be required to validate the change.
If a newly added card has not been used for deposits, a small deposit may be required to activate withdrawal functionality.
FlipTrade Group may request additional verification documents (such as bank statements or deposit receipts) before processing withdrawals to new or updated payment methods.
Certain payment methods may require withdrawals to be processed via bank transfer, which can involve additional charges and processing times of 3–5 business days after approval.
For first-time bank wire withdrawals, you may be required to submit a bank statement linked to your registered account for verification purposes.
FlipTrade Group does not process payments to third parties. All withdrawals must be made to accounts or payment methods registered in the name of the trading account holder. Joint accounts/cards are accepted only if the account holder is one of the named parties.
